Who we are

Brickline AI is provided by Miles Weber, doing business as Brickline, a sole proprietorship in Chicago, Illinois (“we”). “You” means the real estate agent who uses it. By using Brickline AI, you agree to these terms. Brickline AI is not a brokerage, and doesn’t list, lease, manage or develop property.

What Brickline AI does

Brickline AI is assistant software for real estate agents. We set it up and run it for you. Today, your named assistant:

  • reads new lead emails sent to your chosen lead address in Gmail;
  • writes replies in your voice, signed with your brokerage name;
  • sends simple first replies on its own, and holds the rest for your OK;
  • shows held drafts in your dashboard, where you can edit, approve or discard them;
  • can add facts from official public sources, such as CPS school locators and CTA transit data;
  • honors opt-outs in English and Spanish.

It works by email only. It doesn’t send text messages, connect to an MLS, or support Microsoft Outlook yet. Features on our roadmap aren’t part of the service until we tell you they’re live.

Connecting your accounts

To work, the assistant needs permission to read and send email in your Gmail account. It reads only emails sent to your lead address, and sends replies from your address. How we handle that data is in our Privacy Policy. Gmail is a Google service under Google’s own terms and the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). You can disconnect at any time.

AI drafts and approvals

Drafts and replies are written by AI, and AI can be wrong. Nothing sends on its own until you’ve approved your assistant’s reply rules and templates. After that, a first reply sends automatically only when everything in it falls within those approved limits. Anything about listing details, offers, pricing or what a neighborhood is like waits for your approval, and so does every follow-up. A message you approve, or that is sent under rules you approved, is your message. The assistant says it’s AI if a lead asks.

Your responsibilities

  • Use Brickline AI only for your own real estate business, and only with leads you’re allowed to contact. Get any consent the law requires.
  • Follow the laws and rules that apply to you. That includes fair-housing law, email and anti-spam law, Illinois real estate advertising rules (such as showing your brokerage name), your MLS’s rules, and your brokerage’s policies.
  • Give us accurate profile and listing facts, and keep them current.
  • Review what the assistant holds for you before approving it.
  • Keep your Google account and dashboard access secure, and tell us right away if you think they’ve been misused.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Brickline AI to send bulk or unsolicited email, to message people who haven’t contacted you, or to discriminate against anyone. Don’t use it to mislead people, to break the law, or to send content you don’t have the right to send. Don’t try to get around its safety limits, break into it, overload it, or copy it. We may pause your assistant if we see any of this.

Pilot and pricing

The 14-day pilot is free, with no obligation to continue. After the pilot, any fees, billing and cancellation terms will be set out in a written order or agreement that we both accept. We won’t charge you without one. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement controls.

Ownership and open source

Your data, your leads’ messages and the replies sent for you are yours. You let us use them only to run your assistant, as our Privacy Policy describes. We own Brickline AI’s software, design and this website, apart from open-source parts.

Brickline AI is built on open-source OpenClaw, released under the MIT License, Copyright (c) 2026 OpenClaw Foundation. That license, not these terms, governs OpenClaw itself.

Stopping, export and deletion

You can stop any time by emailing us, and you can disconnect Google whenever you like. We may suspend or end the service if it’s used against these terms or the law, or if we stop offering it. If we end it for a reason other than misuse, we’ll give you reasonable notice.

When you stop, we turn off your assistant and remove its Google access. Before we delete your data, you can ask for a copy of your leads, drafts and replies. We delete everything within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Disclaimers

Brickline AI is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don’t promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or right for every situation. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Brickline AI doesn’t give legal, financial or real estate advice. You’re responsible for decisions you make and messages you approve.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, deals or data. Our total liability for any claim about Brickline AI is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. These limits don’t apply where the law doesn’t allow them.

Governing law

Illinois law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois, and we both agree to those courts. Before filing anything, please email us so we can try to sort it out.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and its date. For important changes, we’ll email current customers before they take effect. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
